| その他の書誌記述: | This paper analyzes the crisis of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (ccss ) according to the health unions. The study has been made considering the pronouncements of the Unión Nacional de Empleados de la Caja y la Seguridad Social (undeca) and the Sindicato de Profesionales de Ciencias Médicas de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social e Instituciones Afines (siprocimeca), in order to identify request and proposals of these union organizations, during the years 2012-2016. In this paper are identified the requests for dialogue to solve the crisis, as well as the specific actions for its attention. |
