תיאור:This essay attempts to introduce the reader to the analysis of philosophical anthropology qua theoretical interpretation of human existence; an interpretation that attempts to give an answer to the anthropological problem of individuals who live in society. This analysis is contextualized from a genetic point of view (Twentieth Century), and does not obviate the anthropological contributions of past centuries. The theoretical perspective of the article is Christian personalism, developed in the Twentieth Century from Emmanuel Mounier’s contributions. This development is the result of Christian reflection from Church Fathers (Saint Austin) to John Paul the Second’s magisterium. Finally, the paper will analyze the relationship that exists between Christian anthropology and bioethics, in order to emphasize the contributions of the former to the latter.
