| Deskribapena: | Through this study, the irradiating effectiveness of the principle of constitutional supremacy and the direct and immediate effectiveness of fundamental rights is developed, in the context of the relationships that occur between individuals, which is known as horizontal effectiveness of such rights. The analysis focuses its study both on rehearsing a definition of the figure, as well as on a review of the main sentences adopted by the Constitutional Chamber, in the exercise of its function of protection of fundamental rights, before private subjects. |
