| Descripció: | Jurisprudential recognition of common-law relationship between cohabitating partners in 1935 by the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice during the “Liberal Republic” period is approached from the Critical Legal Studies principles. This analysis will demonstrate that this decision was possible after Liberalism regained power following 44 years of conservative governments, for which purpose they had to leave exegesis and open Law to social events with the Free Scientific Research School. |
