Περιγραφή:Although the general rule is that contentious administrative processes are held under ordinary proceedings by hearings with general deadlines, it is also true that the CPCA has considered some settings where this process can be held under abbreviated trials, with the aim of generating an even more expeditious jurisdictional instance, and, at the same time, assuring the effectiveness of the fundamental right to prompt and expeditious justice.
