| Описание: | One of the most important aspects during the first years of independence of the former nineteenth century’s Spanish colonies was the erection Latin American states with respect to the constitutional theme since their foundation, characteristics, and elements defined the original independent nations. Thus, this article has as purpose exposes the various factors (dates, individuals, sites, incidences, decisions, episodes, etc.) that were related to the figure of the almost unknown Provisional Political Regulation of the Mexican Empire, between 1822 and 1823, whose existence not only ostensibly marked the Mexican nation of that conjuncture but it also became part of the constitutional history of Costa Rica due to the little known political union that was established between the two countries during that century. |
