Description:The abandon of the central sectors and unbridled expansion of the peripheral ones in thecity of Montreal is an urban phenomenon in xx and xxi centuries’ that threatens the localresidential satisfaction and quality of life. This research conducts on the central sectorof the city a survey to evaluate that problem in terms of the residential satisfaction andimportance as quality of life (qol) subjective and objective indices from a linear correlationperspective (spss).
