| Описание: | The basic criminal definition of child grooming as provided under Article 167 bis of the Criminal Code of Costa Rica was established from an adult-centered piece of legislation. The main problem of its current definition is that it allows the juvenile criminal prosecution of sexting and sexual approaches among teenagers on equal conditions. |
