| Beschreibung: | The structutral adjustment process initiated in 1982, signified a change in the organizative and reivindicate dynamic of poorest urban inhabitants. A phase of promotion of urban strggle was followed by another, characterized by disarticulation and demobilization of communal organizations. This article analizes some elements that exzplain what occurred in these 10 years of urban struggle in Costa Rica. |
