| Deskribapena: | We report a 52 years old male patient who presented with acute inflammatory rightperiorbital process and febrile syndrome. Hepatosplenomegaly was documented, a rightretro orbital mass, without lymphadenopathy,with laboratories that support the diagnosis ofhemophagocytic syndrome, chronic hepatitis B. Peripheral T-cell lymphoma was documented inretro orbital and liver tissue, we discuss theprevalence of peripheral T-cell lymphoma associated with hemophagocytic syndrome. |
