| Miêu tả: | The emergence of the Information Society, as a result of the technological development produced over recent years, has opened new channels in the field of social and cultural relations among individuals and, consequently, among different peoples and cultures. An important element in this new society is the performance of intermediation service providers that facilitate the implementation of other activities through the Internet. This may result in new types of liabilities that, though being increasingly common, have not been analyzed so far. |
