| Descripció: | This article analyses the overtakíngs and limitations of institutional reform of costarrican state, raised by the Calderón Foumier administration. It starts with the analysis of philosophic base of the reform, the principal of state subsidy and then examines processes of privatization and disregulation, as the two main columns. Lately, examines the proposal of sector reforms and questions its concrete viability. |
