| Omschrijving: | Names of species and varieties first described as new by J.N. Couch in his monograph of Septobasidium, including those previously but invalidly proposed by other authors, which failed to be vali- dated in 1938 for lack of a Latin description or diagnosis, are posthumously validated here by provision of translation into Latin of Couch’s English descriptions. Holotypes, some isotypes and paratypes, and one neotype and isoneotype are designated here for these newly validated names. |
