| Описание: | The definitions set out in the Act on Integrated Solid Waste Management, Nr. 8839 of June 24, 2010 represent a remarkable increase in the commitments of local government. The Act allows private intervention in the management of solid waste, but the lack of clarity can lead to disputes over its ownership and the right to take advantage of its value. |
