その他の書誌記述:Breast cancer is a clonal proliferation of neoplastic cells that starts in the breast. It is classified according to the histological subtype, the tumor size and the stage. The most aggressive histological subtype is triple negative, being negative for estrogens, progesterone, and human epidermal growth receptors. Throughout the history, treatment for this cancer has changed. Currently, it consists of a combination of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery. However, new changed. Currently, it consists of a combination of being investigated, which have yielded good results in clinical studies. The integration of active and passive immunotherapies such as vaccines and monoclonal antibodies, and the use of poly (ADP or adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase inhibitors, alone or in combination with classical therapies, are alternatives to increase the pharmacotherapeutic possibilities against this type of cancer.
