| Beskrivelse: | Rachipteron philopelum, a new genus and species of brackish water snail of the family Amnicolidae, is described from the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Its relationship within the family is obscure, although it apparently belongs in the sub-family Hydrobiinae. |
