Deskribapena:The present investigation tries to identify the mechanisms and institutional guidelines used by the State for the administration of sexuality and its diversity, through a biopolitical analysis of said alternative corporality. This study also integrating biological-genetic elements as a scaffolding to consider in the analysis of the scope of sex reassignment surgery for transsexual people facilitated in the specific case of the Spanish State. Finding that within the capitalist system in recent years, the organization and visibility of sexual diversity at the head of its collective (LGBTTTIQ +), has been establishing modifications to state policies regarding the administration of sexual diversity, transforming from persecution and victimization models in guidelines of inclusion and institutional care.
