Disgrifiad:Studies on socially conscious contemporary art and feminist art are non-existent in the curriculum of secondary and high school studies in any country, but this should not be an obstacle to be able to introduce them into such studies. This work presents a design of a Didactic Unit oriented to learning about socially conscious and feminist art within the subject of Contemporary Art. This unit is teacher-friendly and classroom-ready. The objective is that students get to know, analyze, and value the contributions made by artists --- who are not always women --- by themselves and under the direction of the teacher. These artists seek to understand the inequality of being a woman in different socio-cultural spheres, as is the case in the United States and Spain. This same didactic unit design, with slight adaptations, can be applied in any country in the world.
