| Beskrivelse: | This article illustrates the “managerial grammar” that organizes the executives’ production of large Argentine companies. It shows that the selection of those who are going to manage the organization is produced in agreement with particular parameters. These parameters find in modern management the structure —normative and moral— that orders the classification processes and hierarchical structuring. |
