Περιγραφή:Education, a pillar of human and social development in our country, must transform itself, and for this to happen, it is essential to continue training educators throughout their careers. Students are entitled to quality, well-being and to not get bored at the expense of inappropriate methods. Communication and new information technologies require and provide a different dynamic where creative playfulness is called to be a fundamental knowledge strategy. The article draws upon a collaborative effort from the Vice Chancellery of Social Action at the University of Costa Rica, it delves into the conceptual, examines a inter-university program, as well as the Recreational and Creative Workshops and proposes a new phase of training.
