| Diğer Bilgiler: | In this article, we present preliminary results of a qualitative research project, which aims to explore the social construction of childhood in social programs. The purpose of this article is to critically approach the transformation of social policy through these programs. We adhere to the general ideational assumptions that the programs’ definition of problems, needs and clients express the institutionalization of the human rights discourse in our context. Finally, the central argument is that children’s rights discourse is reframed in its institutionalization. |
