| Descrizione: | The sport deals every day with criminal issues. Frequently there is not reaction from the respective authorities, and the sport infractions generally are solved by the administrative tribunals. This paper will try to point out different aspects related to the relationship between the sport field and the criminal law, and its use in those cases in wich it could be posible to aply it. |
