| Descrizione: | The peculiarity in the disciplinary procedures implemented by the Universidad of Costa Rica to investigate and sanction the infringements committed by tenured faculty, has the continued function of the Comisión Instructora Institucional at its core, to the extent that the decisions taken by its members directly influences the university's community. Therefore, at ten years after its birth, it is of importance to analyze the transcendence of this elemental part of instruction, in the spirit of its continued improvement and its necessity for university day-to-day life. |
