| Beschreibung: | This paper analyses the new labor contracts taking place in the Health Sector in Costa Rica as part of the State Restructuring. The basic hypothesis is that "compromisos de gestión" are the main means to implement this new labor contracts which are meant to obtain labor flexibilization and precarious working conditions. |
