| Cur Síos: | This paper reviews the way the Supreme Electoral Court is currently integrated; and it proposes a constitutional reform toward a new way for making up this body. The reform amends the total number of electoral magistrates (permanent and alternate), removes the variation of its members throughout time, and reduces the term of appointment. |
