| Opis: | This essay, presented as a tale, focuses on the development of alchemy in the medieval Arab world, which is very important for its direct influence to scientific studies related to chemistry which would create later in Europe. Also rescues everyday life that existed in the Arab Empire under the control of the Abbasids from the second half of the eighth century AD, including a little of the role of Islamic women. All this from an extensive bibliography of both: the Arab world and medieval alchemy. |
