| Diğer Bilgiler: | The present article analizes the evolution of the state policy towards collective urban transport in the metropolitan area of San José. First, different theoretical perspectives related to the character of goverment intervention in this activity are approached, secondly passes to the analysis of participation concrete forms assumed by costarrican state from 70's decade. Finally, reflects about preponderance of the company interests in opposition to the users interests and the state abandonment of an intervention perspective directed to provide an efficient and suitable service. |
