| Beskrivelse: | Archaeological research carried out at the Jícaro site located in NW Costa Rica by a population whose sociocultural practices and physical characteristics ties it to the Mesoamerican migrants mentioned in the XVI century. The findings are compared to others at the Bay of Culebra in order to discuss changes wrought by the Mesoamerican inmigrants as well as continuities product of interaction among populations of different historical identities. |
