| Miêu tả: | Some qualitative and quantitative data are presented on the habits of adult A. (N.) albimanus and A. (A.) punctimacula as observed in Matapalo, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, a site of persistent malaria transmission. The several species of anopheline mosquitces collected showed variations of relative density at each collection point; A. (N.) albimanus and A. (A.) punctimacula showed independent activity curves, shifting with the variations of temperature and weather conditions, and generally reaching a peak about 3 am. |
