| الوصف: | This article develops the subject associated with the “retentionright”. We analyze this legal definition in the light of the Civil Code andthe Commercial Code of the particular law of our country.Moreover, we address the concept of “retention law”, its juridicalnature, the requirements necessary for its exercise, and finally, the caseswhere the retention right is terminated.It is worth pointing out that this article also discusses some courtresolutions that have studied and analyzed this concept to rule that the“retention right” is a right that creditors can use to secure the executionof the obligation, but is not a real property right. |
