| Beschreibung: | Over the last few decades there has been a sharp increase in the access of women to the public sector, to the conquest of the corresponding knowledge and to the power that goes with it. We are faced with a transgression of the patriarcal cultural which in turn collides head-on with the outlook for the traditional roles in private life, The article argues around the subject and goes in depth into the results of the investigation "Professional women: the challenges of change" carried out between 1997 and 1998 at the University of Havana. |
