Deskribapena:This article presents a proposed state of the art research and evaluationeducational program that is characterized to be mediated by information technology andcommunication technologies (ICT). In the article themain intentions and models of evaluation approaches such programs, the general trendswith respect to the impact assessment, trends in the use of indicators and evaluation frameworks, the main methods and evaluation techniques,and finally addressing the issue of social equityin educational evaluation. With these elementsA balance that allows us to propose a readingthe current status in this novel theme.
