| その他の書誌記述: | Karen Kunc’s color woodcuts, or chromoxylographs, feature a special quality that spurs the viewer, upon their mere contemplation, to lose any notion of time, immersing him in the creator’s inner universe and metaphorical thought. Upon admiring her creations one feels the vibrations of her soul, her spirit, her being; she transmits to us the feelings that were laid down, layer by layer, cut by cut, as she generated symbols in different shapes and colors. Revealing the sense and meaning of each one of them, as well as their significance, is the aim of this article. |
