| Cur Síos: | The teachers of the Master of Criminal Sciences of the University of Costa Rica issue a statement concerning the need to formalize a legal instrument that safeguards the minimum guarantees of the adult population deprived of freedom, through a Execution of the Penalty in Costa Rica.
