| Diğer Bilgiler: | This work analyzes the applicability of of the multilevel analysis technique in health sciences in Costa Rica. The first section describes to the main aspects of the multilevel analysis, the advantages with respect to the classic methods and their applicability in health investigations. In the second part we present an example of application of multilevel logistic regression in the diabetic patients of the primary care. The example makes emphasis in the syntax for the aplication in the specialized statistical programs in the multilevel analysis, MLwiN 2,0, and the corresponding interpretation of the results. |
