| Diğer Bilgiler: | An approximation to the platform jobs that broke into Argentina in recent months within the context of a pronounced deterioration of the labor market is developed. A general characterization of them is made, highlighting the articulation between old forms of outsourcing and labor flexibilization with the “algorithmic management” that brings the new and disruptive element in the exploitation of the labor force. The study is based on in-depth interviews with employees of the two most important distribution apps. |
