| Descrizione: | This article summarizes and analyzes the most relevant consti- tutional jurisprudence on the scope of the provisions set out in Article 169 and Article 170 of the Constitution. It departs from the competence assumed by the lawmaker to assign the function of planning for local urban development to local governments. It also deals with the definitions on the competence of other entities and agencies to plan for urban development. |
