| Beskrivning: | This article studies the reach of gobal culture in the personal history of the story´s protagonist, a teenager living in an end of the century Latin American city. He is a victim of the system, who as a means of escape turns to drug use and identifies himself with conflict-ridden movie characters. The third person narrative tells of the final stages of the protagonist´s life from the young man´s own perceptions. |
