Vocational training and quality of the employment: the case of the graduated ones from the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero

Miêu tả:With a model of structural equations the analysis of the direct and indirect causal factors of the quality for the jobs of the professionals of the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero was realized. Within the framework of the comparison of the theories for the human capital, of the segmented markets and the cultural capital, the quality of professional life of the studied subjects was considered. The study suggests that the most important factor of obtaining of a determined quality of a job is the job experience and the personal performance, and on the other hand the cultural capital of the person (the academic profile of the parents as well as the occupational profile of the mother, in certain socio-economic conditions of the family), appearing the human capital (quality of the academic formation) like non significant in the determination of the quality of the job.
