| Περιγραφή: | This paper approaches the issue of the role of gender perspective in Law. The analysis is based on the tendency toward the invisibility of the female gender in criminal law, that is, the limited consideration that this gender has received in the normative scope. Therefore, this article sets out the importance of incorporating this perspective into the legal construction, as a tool for taking into account the differences between men and women, which make up their individuality. Moreover, it presents the failure of the system that has neglected this issue historically. |
