Popis:This article aims at identifying the impact that the implementation of teleworking has had due to the declaration of the pandemic for COVID-19, the actions taken by the organizations in the promotion of mental health, and the effects on health reported by workers. To achieve the stated purpose, mixed exploratory research methods were applied; with the participation of 88 people, of which 44 were male and 43 female. The results indicate that most of the organizations have conducted activities for the promotion of mental health. In addition, it was reported that the performance of the workers has improved; however, there are reports of an increase in symptoms such as insomnia, physical and mental exhaustion, among others. In conclusion, even though there have been activities carried out to promote mental health, and the reported performance has improved, negative effects on mental health are equally reported, thus, there is an evident need to continue researching the impact on mental health and work performance.
