Morgan Bazilian
Morgan D. Bazilian is an American-Irish scholar. He is the director of the Payne Institute for Public Policy, and a professor of public policy at the Colorado School of Mines. His research focuses on energy policy, thermodynamics, infrastructure investment, national security, and international affairs. He has published over 220 articles in learned journals. His book "Analytical Methods for Energy Diversity and Security" is considered a seminal reference, and his work on energy and poverty is likewise foundational for that field.
