Beschreibung:This study focuses on a systematic literature review of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance user experience in the field of business analytics. It stands out as innovative by addressing the intersection of current topics such as AI and business intelligence. Through a search of databases such as IEEE and ACM, key aspects related to AI and user experience in business analytics were explored, as well as the challenges designers face in this field and the proposed solutions to address these challenges. The main opportunities identified lie in the potential of AI to improve user experience in analytics and data visualization. AI offers advanced problem-solving capabilities and natural language processing, enabling better understanding of data and the generation of valuable recommendations. However, significant challenges in the effective integration of AI and user experience are also recognized. This includes addressing the complexity of AI training and user trust in the generated results. In conclusion, this study highlights the opportunities and challenges of using AI in business analytics, providing a solid foundation for future research and the development of best practices in this field.
