Diğer Bilgiler:The present text explores the relationship between human and divine νóμος based on fragments 14 A 11 and 14 A 76, with the aim of questioning the meaning in which the defense of the law is invoked. While in Heraclitus there is the idea of a superiority of human beings insofar as they listen to the λóγος, which in its interpretation leads to a defense of the aristocratic, this does not imply that the written laws of a specific πóλις are themselves an expression of the divine λóγος, as authors such as Kirk, Raven, and Schofield (2014) seem to suggest. This distinction would indicate that this human νóμος is subject to constant revision by those who listen to the λóγος itself, insofar as this very law must be subject to becoming. In this way, as Jaeger (1952) points out, the divine νóμος, although it is expressed in the particular νóμος, is not exhausted by it; rather, it manifests in all the particular laws of different peoples, insofar as they are written in accordance with the λóγος. Thus, contrary to Caballero’s (2012) interpretation of understanding this defense of the νóμος as an incitement to the rule of law, what is actually demanded in defending the laws is their nature, the expression of the being that underlies them.
