| Cur Síos: | In this paper, we present a biocomputational platform module for the representation and analysis of the response of cancer cell lines to diverse chemotherapeutic compounds based on their gene profile. This system, currently in active development, involves integration of gene profile data into a data repository, a broad array of visualizations based on a widely-used data analysis tool set and batched analysis of the entirety of gene profile and chemotherapeutic data using several regression and unsupervised clustering models. A description of the processing carried out by the system and results from exploratory data analysis, simple modeling and more complex clustering are presented. |
