Descrição:This letter describes a multi-sectorial initiative in Honduras aimed at addressing the public health problem of snakebite envenoming. The authors emphasize that collaborative work and political commitment are essential to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with snakebites, and propose this approach as a model for other Latin American countries facing similar challenges.
