| Beskrivelse: | Twelve orchid species previously described in the genus Maxillaria are transferred to Heterotaxis, Inti, Pityphyllum, and Sauvetrea. In addition, 19 new heterotypic synonyms in Maxillariinae are presented; these and a few others are discussed and/or typified. |
