Descripción:Organizational change management is a structured process that is of vital importance for organizations, which require adapting to the changes generated by a changing environment full of uncertainty, challenges and risks, where the only constant is change. That is why this study aims to analyze from a general perspective, the management of the organizational change of the remote assisted operation model in generation plants for Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz S.A, in 2020. Chapter I presents the research problem and its importance, as well as the background, justification, and general and specific objectives. A relevant link is made with the delimitation of the problem, emphasizing organizational needs and improving operating conditions based on technological changes. Chapter II, for its part, makes an inspection of the terms and concepts necessary to describe the events regarding the management of change in the chosen population that allows us to contextualize the phenomenon within the institution. In Chapter III as the guiding axis of the work, it focuses on the methodology applied in the research. At the same time, the unit of analysis, compilation and analysis of information that will allow understanding the phenomena that are occurring are detailed. Chapter IV shows the results of the surveys, the analysis of each approach and variable considered this from the perspectives of Culture and Climate and Resistance to change. The above analyzing each perspective for each focus area and each dependency of the population group. Finally, chapter V contains the proposal for the implementation of the organizational change of the remote assisted operation model in the generation plants for CNFL S.A. The main affected points were attacked from the application of the instrument, providing an action strategy to mitigate and reduce the impact of the resistance.
