| Beschreibung: | The objective of the research was to determine the production data of the bean and corn crops in Costa Rica, in order to study their behavior between 1984 and 2014. Official data from the United Nations Food and Agriculture (FAO) and INFOAGRO. The primary conclusion, in the case of beans, showed a relatively stable behavior, with decreases by periods, in terms of production and productivity. While corn crops showed a fluctuating behavior, experiencing significant decreases throughout the period, both in production and productivity, between 1984 and 2014. |
