实物特征:The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between the development of writing skills in Spanish as a mother tongue (L1) with the teaching method and some academic and sociodemographic characteristics of first grade students in 10 schools in the official sector of the municipality of San José Pinula in the department of Guatemala. For this purpose, a quasi-experimental design was applied, with pre- and post-test with control and experimental group, whose data were collected in 2016. Based on the results, it was found that the development of writing skills: calligraphy, grammatical and orthographic conventions and text construction was associated with the teaching method and the economic status of the family. Being the treatment variable the one with the highest incidence, it is concluded that the use of the comprehensive phonological method in the classroom contributes to a successful acquisition of these skills, especially in disadvantaged contexts.
